How We Protect You
We focus on improving the health, development and well-being of individuals from birth to age 21 who have special health care needs.
About HCP
The El Paso County Health Department functions as the Regional HCP Office, serving residents of El Paso and Teller counties.
Program activities include:
Referrals for medical and developmental services and information
Coordination of medical and social support services, as well as services offered through the Colorado Traumatic Brain Injury Trust Fund
Support group and training information
HCP staff consists of:
Public health nurses
Registered dietitian
Licensed social worker
Community service coordinators
