How We Protect You
- FICMR is a comprehensive health intervention and support program addressing issues affecting women of childbearing age and
infants and children through age 17. This program assesses, plans, monitors and improves the systems and services that support the health and well-being of women, infants,
children and families.
About FICMR
- Program objectives include:
- Identifying and examining factors associated with fetal, infant and child mortality through individual case reviews
- Working to improve resources and service systems in an effort to reduce fetal, infant and child mortality
- Collaborating with other agencies to address gaps in systems and services
