Health Care Program for Children with Special Needs

We focus on improving the health, development, and well-being of individuals from birth to age 21 who have special health care needs. El Paso County Public Health functions as the Regional HCP Office, serving residents of El Paso and Teller counties.

Program Activities Include

  • Referrals for medical and developmental services and information
  • Coordination of medical and social support services, as well as services offered through the Colorado Traumatic Brain Injury Trust Fund
  • Support group and training information
