We provide immunizations to protect individuals and the community from the spread of disease. 

While supplies last, Public Health is offering a free flu vaccination to all adults during their child's appointment.

To make an appointment, call (719) 578-3199 between 8:00 to 11:45 a.m. and 1:00 to 3:50 p.m. Monday through Friday

Please note: There is a charge for children's immunizations. Please call our appointment staff to discuss costs. A current immunization record is needed for appointments.
