EPCPH is implementing credit and debit card purchase fees for our programs. These include: A fee of $2 minimum or 2.39% of the total, whichever is higher, for credit card transactions and $2 minimum or 1% of the total, whichever is higher, for debit card transactions. To avoid these fees, customers may use checks, money orders or, in some cases, cash. Please note that Environmental Health programs cannot accept cash.
Fees are currently in place for Birth and Death Records and will go into place for the EPCPH Laboratory on July 10, for EPCPH Reproductive Health Clinic and Immunizations programs on July 17, and for our Environmental Health programs on July 24.
