EPCPH is implementing credit and debit card purchase fees for our programs. These include: A fee of $2 minimum or 2.39% of the total, whichever is higher, for credit card transactions and $2 minimum or 1% of the total, whichever is higher, for debit card transactions. To avoid these fees, customers may use checks, money orders or, in some cases, cash. Please note that Environmental Health programs cannot accept cash.
Fees are currently in place for Birth and Death Records, the EPCPH Laboratory, EPCPH Reproductive Health Clinic and the Immunizations programs. They will go into place for our Environmental Health programs on July 24.
