Community Resource Navigation
El Paso County Public Health offers additional support to those experiencing a lack of access to necessary resources or community assistance. The Care Coordination program provides individualized assistance in helping to connect to community resources for those who may have difficulty seeking access to food, transportation, childcare, housing, behavioral health, COVID-19 resources, and more.
We are available to provide resource navigation to individuals and families in the community. There are no eligibility restrictions so anyone can access this free service.
