Substance Use Prevention
The El Paso County Public Health Substance Use Prevention program works to reduce and prevent substance use and misuse in El Paso County through community-level education, advocacy, and policy. This approach helps youth and others stop substance use before it begins. Areas of focus include tobacco and nicotine, alcohol, cannabis and other substance use prevention.
