If you believe you have a foodborne illness (sometimes called “food poisoning”), please use the below link report your complaint.
The information you report through this website is safe, secure, and confidential. If you choose not to share your name and phone number or if you choose not to complete the survey, El Paso County Public Health may not have all of the necessary information to investigate a complaint. El Paso County Public Health investigates foodborne illnesses in order to stop and prevent the spread of disease, identify sources of contaminated food, and identify food safety education needs in the community.
